Dr. Reichert's normal business practice is to request payment of fees, copayments and deductibles at the time of the office visit.

If your child requires surgery, we will submit a reimbursement request from the insurance company and when this has been paid, you will be expected to pay the balance for which you are responsible
Please call your Primary Care Physician if you are not sure if a referral is required for your visit. All HMOs require referrals. If failure to obtain a referral, when one is required, the patient may have to pay all medical bills.
