For your convenience, we have provided patient-related forms at the bottom of this page which can be downloaded and printed from home. Please bring these forms with you on the day of your visit. Thank you.
OFFICE HOURS
The office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through
Friday. The office phone number is (314) 872-8338. The
telephone is answered during these hours. After hours, an
answering machine will assist you with the telephone number of the Unity
Physician's Exchange, (314)812-7676, through which you can reach
Dr. Reichert or the physician on call. The answering machine does
not accept recorded messages.
APPOINTMENTS
Appointments to see children are available on Tuesday and Friday from
9:00 a.m. until 4:15 p.m. and Wednesday afternoon from 1:00 p.m. until
4:15 p.m.
EMERGENCIES
If an emergency should develop during regular office hours, please
call the office at (314) 872-8338. After hours, Dr.
Reichert can be reached through the Unity Physician's Exchange at (314)812-7676. If your call is an emergency, please make sure you
tell the exchange operator. That information will assist Dr.
Reichert in providing you with better service.
PHONE CALLS
For questions regarding bills, please ask for the office manager. For medical questions or general information, please ask for the office assistant.
For questions that require Dr. Reichert's advice, you may be asked to
leave a message. Dr. Reichert will then return your call but it
may be at the end of the day between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If you think that a medication will be required or a refill will be
necessary, please have the number of a pharmacy available. If you
call on a Saturday or Sunday or after normal business hours, please
check to verify the pharmacy is open.
